About plans & payments

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no payment details. Upgrade only when you want unlimited AI marking, mock exams or live classes.

How do I pay?

Choose a plan below, transfer the fee to our Allied Bank account or EasyPaisa number, then submit the transaction ID here. You can download a payment acknowledgement straight away.

How long does activation take?

The TCA team verifies each payment against the bank or EasyPaisa record. Once approved your plan activates immediately, you are notified in your account (and by email), and the official receipt appears in Profile → Payments & receipts.

What happens when my plan ends?

Your account returns to the free plan automatically. Your saved plans, reports and progress stay in your account, and you can renew at any time.

How are live-class batches charged?

Premium Plus includes your first live-class batch. Each further batch is charged at that batch's fee, shown before you enrol.

Can I get a refund?

Contact the TCA team through Help & support with your request ID and we will review it case by case.
